    Yes, Jones Homes is licensed through the state of Florida. We carry a one million dollar general liability insurance policy to protect you and your home.

  • Will we need to purchase our own materials?

    This is optional, however, during the estimate process we will assess the job and can purchase the appropriate amount of materials on your behalf. We also have access to bulk discounts.

  • Does Jones Homes guarantee materials & labor?

    Yes, absolutely. Every handyman service or home repair job done by Jones Homes includes a one year warranty. Extended warranties on materials may be available according to the manufacturer.

  • What types of services do you offer?

  • What are our payment options?

    We accept cash, check and credit cards. Generally, a 50% retainer will be due upon booking and the full remaining balance is due at project completion. Depending on the scope of the project, payment plans may also be available.

  • Are the estimates free?

    Yes! We will review the project and give a free estimate for the total cost of the job.

  • Do you offer weekend or evening handyman services?

    Yes. Weekend, evening, and emergency handyman services are available on a case by case basis.

  • Will I need to be home at the time of service?

    In short, no. Arrangements can be made for our entry. Jones Homes values your property as the most important investment you will ever make. Thus, your property will be treated with the utmost care whether you are home or away.

  • Do you travel?

    Yes, Jones Homes handyman services is located in Mount Dora, Florida but is available for travel.

  • What is the general wait-time?

    Turn around times vary based on the time of year and the scope of the project. We will always schedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity, depending on our availability and your schedule.
