This renovation focused on modernizing an older home and adding thoughtful touches to elevate the overall feel. The main spaces we renovated were the kitchen island, stairwell, and the fireplace. The owner opted for shiplap accent walls painted in Sherwin Williams — Snow Bound, a crisp white that doesn’t pull green, yellow, pink etc.

Partial Kitchen Renovation in Mount Dora, FL

The kitchen was my favorite project in this Mount Dora home renovation. We added shiplap to tie the whole home together and finished it with a quartz countertop. The owners later had the cabinets painted and a backsplash added.
